Lake Lotawana, Missouri · Founded September 27, 1933

Sail. Ski. Belong.

A private club on the shore of Lake Lotawana promoting the social, sailing, and power boating pursuits of its members for more than ninety years.

Welcome to the Club

Ninety years on the water — and just getting started

The Missouri Yacht Club was founded in 1933 to encourage boating, sailing, and seamanship. Today the MYC is home to competitive C-Scow, MC-Scow, Club 420, and Butterfly fleets, a show-stopping water-ski club, weekly Thursday Night Dinners, a lakeside Snack Bar, and a full calendar of parties and traditions.

You don't have to be a member to be a sailor — but you have to be a member to enjoy the Yacht Club. A Member of the Yachting Club of America.
